Information
The font is based on a logotype commissioned by a company manufacturing driving simulators. It is the result of an investigation of the visuals used in the industrial sectors: logistics, construction and mechanics – all of which share type-rich technical components, especially with regard to information placed on machinery, such as loads, tension or speed. The outlines are built with rigour and on a monospaced basis and acquire a very strong digital look, inspired by Japanese science fiction anime - particularly mecha - where information of a technical nature often assumes a high aesthetic value.
